1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Clearance or final sale items
Products with signs of use or damage not caused by us

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

6. Exchanges

We only offer replacements for products that are defective or damaged (excluding damage caused during shipping). If you would like to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at kelly@szsai.com.
